WHO WE ARE

Connie Fletcher, Ph.D.

Connie Fletcher, Ph.D., has worked in organizational management, development, and change for the past twenty-five years as the C.E.O. of a psychiatric hospital. She has also built a large and successful mental health practice, and worked with individuals and groups in the area of behavior change. When working with individuals, typical engagements include pre-employment and pre-promotion assessment, executive coaching, prevention of derailment, career development, dealing with difficult employees, and conflict resolution, as well as the development of highly effective work teams, and goodness of fit of employee to position. She also works with organizations to develop and/or refine their mission, vision, and corporate values and, to look at organization challenges related to people practices, and conducts a variety of training.

Dr. Fletcher did her undergraduate training at Northwestern University. She earned a Masters Degree at Northeastern Illinois University, and earned a doctorate in Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She is a member of a number of professional organizations and boards, and is a popular local and regional speaker on such topics as stress management, positive communication, team building, enhancing communication skills, and conflict resolution.



Patty Grigoryev, Ph.D.

Patty Grigoryev, Ph.D., has been employed with the world headquarters of two Fortune 500 corporations Human Resource Divisions, and contracted with both state sponsored and private organizations. Her focus is to coach for personal and professional growth. Typical engagements include advisor to the chief executive, developing key leadership forces, prevention of derailment with valued but under-performing individuals, goodness of fit studies of individual-to-job including hiring, career-path development, pre-promotion, and succession planning, team building, and positive resolution of interpersonal problems between key players.

When working with entire organizations, Dr. Grigoryev’s typical engagement is focused on achieving cultural transformation. Such projects are achieved with a variety of tools and processes including organizational audits, change management, and alignment of human resource strategies with the organizational business objectives.

Dr. Grigoryev did her undergraduate training in Psychology at the University of Florida, earned a Masters degree in Psychology from the New School for Social Research, and earned a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Seton Hall University. She is an active member of several boards and professional organizations and speaks on a variety of topics related to individual and organizational development. 


Peter A. Castiglione, Senior Consultant

Peter A. Castiglione, has spent over 30 years in the field of higher education. He is currently the Director of Student Development and Enrollment Management at Danville Community College. Past work roles include such varied positions as sheet metal worker, college teacher, college administrator, horticulture research technician, and counselor. Pete is in demand as a speaker and averages over 75 speaking engagements per year. He has done workshops for industries and businesses, including Presto Products, Dan River, Inc., Corning, Squibb, ABB, Masonite, American National Bank, First Virginia Bank South, Halifax County Schools, the Virginia State Chamber of Commerce, and Burlington Industries.

Pete has degrees from South-Eastern College and Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and has completed intensive programs from various other universities including a certificate in Management of Adult Learning from Harvard University. He has served on numerous community Boards and is currently a member of the Danville City Council.
